Just finished "91 Days" anime. I thought I wouldnt get feels about this, and I know Avilio(Angelo) x Corteo should be the main ship but....... I want Avilio(Angelo) x Nero together~!! ♥ eventhough their situation is super uber complicated!! But they should be given a chance to both forgive each other and love and live for each other~!!! {bec imho Avilio had shown care for Nero, and everyone also hinted about Nero becoming crazy bec of Avilio = meaning there's luuv-reciprocity!!! They hit me with uber feelsaaaaaaahhhhhh~~~!!!!} Eventhough the ending wasnt clear, i will believe in them forever~~!!! Now, please give me a doujin or fanfic of them. Me need it pretty baaaaaaad~!!! ♥ Kiku x Shin : OTP forever!!! ♥

This new anime Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu (adapted from manga) by my fave bl artist Kumota Haruko started last month (January 8). Surprisingly, it has a different genre from her other works (Shinjuku Lucky Hole, Nobara) XDD. It's a Josei and focuses on Rakugo but it's really very interesting!!

What is Rakugo btw? check Wikipedia-san for more info XDD

Story:
The year was 1970s. Fascinated by the performance of rakugo master Yakumo the 8th at a philanthropic show in a prison, delinquent Kyōji visited Yakumo immediately after serving his term, begging Yakumo to take him in as an apprentice. To his surprise, master Yakumo agreed without much hesitation, yet things progressed not quite as Kyōji expected. -ANN

This anime mosty exhibits the characters doing Rakugo (which if you check wikipedia-san) - doing storytelling performances while sitting seiza-style on stage (which if you're really not into listening & imagining) can be tiring to watch; but the characters' personalities, interactions with each other, & background story might make you want to watch more.

I think people who want to know more about Rakugo or are curious about Rakugo and can tolerate historical Japanese tales just by listening can definitely enjoy this, but if you're a pure BL fan and is hoping to see some mxm action in here (hoping you'd see a similar 'Shinjuku Lucky Hole' scene) I think this might tire you out, because minimal bromance (bet. Shin x Kiku) is only shown as of now XDD

The manga series Doukyusei by Asumiko Nakamura will be adapted into anime!! (hurraaayyy!!!! X333) The site just opened last March 2015 so there's not much info on it, there's no specific date of release yet, and they still haven't said whether it'd be a series or an ova. The anime PV is there and it's nice~♥!! Best watch that, then stalk the site for now :3

I'm uber glad they've decided to create an animated version since this is a very interesting manga. The charas are lovable and the storyline is nice & warm (it gives off a feel like Sakamichi no Apollon :3), Nakamura sensei's really great ♥. I'm curious about how they would approach the silent/no dialogue moments portrayed in the manga.. and I think it would be great if they did make this into an anime series (like Sekaiichi Hatsukoi) uugghhhh~~~ I'm getting excited!! I better re-read this again & maybe try to listen to the drama cds while waiting :3

I was looking forward to watch Fafner's sequel this year but the official site said the release date is once again moved to early January next year 2015 (_ _||). 2013 nope. 2014 nope. 2015 please~!! // I think I remember a certain anime like this before~ release date got moved many times, it was a 13 episode series but in the end turned out into 4 part ova (= =;) Ohnonono~!! I hope this wouldn't happen to Fafner!! // I hope they would keep their word & show it next year or else I dunno what I'll do... maybe I'll cry. But they also mentioned on the site that there will be an advanced screening of the 1st episode on December so my hopes are still there hanging. x(*A*!!!x)

The story will be the sequel to the movie Soukyuu no Fafner Heaven and Earth, and will have 26-episodes. The official date of release is yet to be announced.

Plot Summary:
