*Note: before beginning installation make sure your System Locale is set to Japanese.

0. Run your game disc on your BD-rom drive; OR mount the image file (iso, ccd, bin, etc) on daemontools.
★How To: Mount image files
■ If you are gonna install the game's .iso, you must mount both .isos {boot.iso & game's .iso} at the same time → you have to make 2 virtual drives on daemontools.
⚠ You must do this or else your installation will be wasted because in the end the game will not work. (ie. game will crash when trying to play it; it will not load & will just suddenly close)
★How To: Mount, Unmount Image files; Add, Remove Virtual Drives on DaemonTools Lite 10
1. An Autoplay window will pop-out. Click Run install.exe.
2. Lamento -BEYOND THE VOID- DVD インストーラー window will pop-out. Click "Game Install"
3. A Lamento -BEYOND THE VOID- InstallShield Wizard window will pop-out, wait for it to finish loading.
4. Lamento -BEYOND THE VOID- DVD window will appear, click 次ヘ(N) button.
5. It will ask you for the serial key. Type them in the boxes, then click 次ヘ(N).
6. You can change the installation folder location here, when you're done click 次ヘ(N).
7. You'll be given an option to install the Sound data (サウンドデータ) or not. //If you don't want to install it uncheck the box, but game disc will be needed to play the sound data while the game is running.// Put a check on it [✓] サウンドデータ, then click 次ヘ(N).
8. Confirmation message will show up. If all the chosen settings are fine for you, click 次ヘ(N).
9. Installation will start. Wait for it to finish.
10. A 問い合わせ window will pop-out, asking if you want to create a game shortcut on the desktop. Click YES.
11. Lamento -BEYOND THE VOID- DVD window will pop-out again, stating installation is completed. Uncheck the [ ]Lamento -BEYOND THE VOID- DVDを起動する, then click the 完了 button.
Don't start the game yet! since the update patches should be installed first.

1. Extract downloaded patch (into the game folder, or wherever you want to), then run LmtDVDVer101.EXE.
2. Then a "アップデートが終了しました。" message will appear, saying update is done. Click OK.
3. To check if the update patch was a success. Run the game by double-clicking the "Lamento -BEYOND THE VOID-.exe" /OR/ by double-clicking the game shortcut on your desktop.
When the game window shows up, choose CONFIG.

LmtDVDVer200 is a patch for WindowsVISTA only. ⚠Installing it may cause the game to crash & not work. ⚠Also, the english-patch creators from aarinfantasy stated that the english-patch will not work when this LmtDVDVer200 patch is installed. So use LmtDVDVer200 patch with caution.
■■English patch installation.
This process is for the fan translation patch that can be acquired on aarinfantasy.
A. When you get them, there should be 3 files:
• nss-fullpatchver2.4.npa
•• cg-fullpatch.npa ← translated buttons and menus, plus uncensored sex cgs.
•• cg-buttonspatch.npa ← translated buttons and menus, but leaves the original mosaic censors for sex cgs.
You only need 2 files into the game folder.
1. nss-fullpatchver2.4.npa
2. cg-___patch.npa ⚠Only choose 1 between : cg-fullpatch OR cg-buttonspatch⚠
B. Renaming the files.
When you have chosen the 2 files you want to use, rename them to:

1. nss-fullpatch.npa → nss-patch.npa
2. cg-fullpatch.npa /OR/ cg-buttonspatch.npa → cg-patch.npa
C. After renaming the files:
Cut and paste them {nss-patch.npa & cg-patch.npa} into the installed "Lamento -BEYOND THE VOID- DVD" folder.
Game folder should look similar like this:
Then run the game to test!

■ If you have installed the game's .iso, it seems you can play the game without the boot.iso & game's .iso (unmounted).
■ But if the game doesn't run, game crashes, gets an error, suddenly closes; then you need the cracked version of the Lamento -BEYOND THE VOID-.exe to play. Just copy the cracked .exe into the game folder & run(double-click) that instead of the original .exe
